About matt

Matt is a graduate of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale where he attained a BA in Visual Communications and Design. Matt transitioned to the staffing industry and now has over 17 years of recruiting and sales experience. Matt thrives on networking and building lasting relationships with his clients.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, working on his golf game, fishing with his 2 boys, DIY projects and playing guitar.

About Jim

Jim earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University. He has over 18 years experience in the staffing industry with roles including management, regional and national sales, and recruiting. Jim prides himself on establishing strong relationships with his clientele to provide a high level of service. 

Jim is a St. Louis native, married with two daughters, and enjoys playing golf & hockey in his spare time.  

ABOUT BRIAN

Brian is a graduate of McKendree University where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.  Brian has been in the staffing industry for over 20 years ranging from Recruiting and Sales to Leadership in both Commercial and Government services.  Brian believes communication and relationship building are the keys to success.  In addition, Brian is very active with youth sports, coaching multiple teams and running his indoor sports facility.  

Meet Will

Will is a graduate of Murray State University in Murray, KY where he attained a BS in Finance and Financial Planning. Will originally started his career in Financial Planning but transitioned careers to the technical recruiting industry. Will made the switch to recruiting because he enjoys being able to make an impact on others’ everyday lives, as well as helping them reach their goals.

Will is a Southern Illinois native who enjoys spending his free time hunting and fishing as well as playing slow pitch softball and golfing.

Meet Courtney

Courtney, a Southern Illinois University - Carbondale alumni, began her professional career in marketing before transitioning to a cyber security firm where she focused on managing large government contracts. Courtney is applying her IT knowledge and passion for working with people as an Account Executive with Stryde.

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Courtney and her husband now live in Edwardsville, IL with their two children. They stay busy watching and playing different sports.

Meet Rollin

Rollin is a St. Louis native, who hails from South City and graduated from St. Louis University High. He is excited to apply his interpersonal skills and experience building relationships in a more fulfilling way, matching great people with life-changing opportunities.

In his free time, Rollin enjoys playing club rugby, cooking, and spending time with his fiancée and their two dogs.

Meet Mike

Mike is a graduate of Webster University in St, Louis, MO where he attained a BS in History and Political Science, Secondary Education, and a MA in Business.  While a student at Webster University, Mike played basketball, soccer, and tennis.  Upon graduation, he started his coaching career at Webster University, and spent 20 plus years serving as an Associate Head Basketball Coach, Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach, and Head Soccer Coach.  Recruiting and building relationships has always been his big passion and he is looking forward to applying those two skills to help people find their next rewarding opportunity.

Mike enjoys spending most of his time with his family and friends watching whatever best game is on TV.  He has three young boys and cherishes being able to watch them play the sports he fell in love with when he was a kid.

Meet Shane

Shane prides himself on building relationships with candidates and ensures that the lines of communication are open throughout the entire recruiting and interview process. He will go above and beyond to produce creative ways to market candidates to Stryde’s clients.

In addition to technical recruiting, Shane has a background in art and architecture and combines his passion for wildlife and art in wildlife paintings in his free time. He is a certified personal trainer and fitness enthusiast, as well as a self-taught guitarist. Shane believes in taking up a new skill at every phase of his life.

Meet Marie

Marie is a graduate of Lindenwood University with a Master’s in Business Administration. She has a professional background with years of experience in Business Administration, Legal Assistance and Billing Coordination. 

Marie loves working with people and helping make sure things run smoothly behind the scenes, as well as, helping wherever and whoever she can. 

Born and raised in South County St. Louis she is married with three sons, spends her spare time with family, a leader for her sons Cub Scout Den, and volunteering in her community.
