About matt

Matt, a graduate of Southern Illinois University Carbondale, is a seasoned staffing professional with more than 18 years of experience in technical sales and recruiting. He thrives on networking and building strong, lasting relationships with his clients, serving as a trusted partner focused on delivering meaningful results.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, coaching baseball and basketball for his sons’ teams, working on his golf game, fishing with his boys, tackling DIY projects, and playing guitar.

About Jim

Jim earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University. He has over 18 years experience in the staffing industry with roles including management, regional and national sales, and recruiting. Jim prides himself on establishing strong relationships with his clientele to provide a high level of service. 

Jim is a St. Louis native, married with two daughters, and enjoys playing golf & hockey in his spare time.  

ABOUT BRIAN

Brian is a graduate of McKendree University where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.  Brian has been in the staffing industry for over 20 years ranging from Recruiting and Sales to Leadership in both Commercial and Government services.  Brian believes communication and relationship building are the keys to success.  In addition, Brian is very active with youth sports, coaching multiple teams and running his indoor sports facility.  

Meet Brittany

Brittany brings dedication, integrity, and heart to everything she does. With 13 years of experience in the staffing industry, she has a deep understanding of today’s complex technology roles and the importance of finding the right fit. Throughout her career, Brittany has partnered with clients and consultants as a trusted advisor, delivering thoughtful solutions grounded in trust, transparency, and results. She believes the most successful staffing relationships are built on genuine connections, honest communication, and a true understanding of what people need to thrive.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling. She lives in Chesterfield, Missouri, with her husband and three daughters.

Meet Will

Will is a graduate of Murray State University in Murray, KY where he attained a BS in Finance and Financial Planning. Will originally started his career in Financial Planning but transitioned to the technical recruiting industry. Will made the switch to recruiting because he enjoys being able to make an impact on others’ everyday lives, as well as helping them reach their goals.

Will is a Southern Illinois native who enjoys spending his free time hunting and fishing as well as playing slow pitch softball and golfing.

Meet Mike

Mike is a graduate of Webster University in St, Louis, MO where he attained a BS in History and Political Science, Secondary Education, and a MA in Business.  While a student at Webster University, Mike played basketball, soccer, and tennis.  Upon graduation, he started his coaching career at Webster University, and spent 20 plus years serving as an Associate Head Basketball Coach, Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach, and Head Soccer Coach.  Recruiting and building relationships has always been his big passion and he is looking forward to applying those two skills to help people find their next rewarding opportunity.

Mike enjoys spending most of his time with his family and friends watching whatever best game is on TV.  He has three young boys and cherishes being able to watch them play the sports he fell in love with when he was a kid.

MEET ANNA

Anna is a proud graduate of McKendree University, where she earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration, complemented by a minor in Marketing. Recently embarking on her career in recruiting, she’s passionate about connecting individuals with the right career opportunities and making a meaningful impact in their professional lives. A former collegiate soccer player, Anna brings the same drive and teamwork to her work that she once brought to the field. Outside the office, she enjoys staying active through regular workouts, exploring new destinations, and unwinding with a great movie.

Meet Marie

Marie is a graduate of Lindenwood University with a Master’s in Business Administration. She has a professional background with years of experience in Business Administration, Legal Assistance and Billing Coordination. 

Marie loves working with people and helping make sure things run smoothly behind the scenes, as well as, helping wherever and whoever she can. 

Born and raised in South County St. Louis she is married with three sons, spends her spare time with family, a leader for her sons Cub Scout Den, and volunteering in her community.
