About matt

Matt, a graduate of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, is a seasoned vet in the staffing industry having over 18 years of experience in technical sales and recruiting. Matt thrives on networking and building lasting relationships with his clients.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, working on his golf game, fishing with his 2 boys, DIY projects and playing guitar.

About Jim

Jim earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University. He has over 18 years experience in the staffing industry with roles including management, regional and national sales, and recruiting. Jim prides himself on establishing strong relationships with his clientele to provide a high level of service. 

Jim is a St. Louis native, married with two daughters, and enjoys playing golf & hockey in his spare time.  

ABOUT BRIAN

Brian is a graduate of McKendree University where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.  Brian has been in the staffing industry for over 20 years ranging from Recruiting and Sales to Leadership in both Commercial and Government services.  Brian believes communication and relationship building are the keys to success.  In addition, Brian is very active with youth sports, coaching multiple teams and running his indoor sports facility.  

Meet Will

Will is a graduate of Murray State University in Murray, KY where he attained a BS in Finance and Financial Planning. Will originally started his career in Financial Planning but transitioned to the technical recruiting industry. Will made the switch to recruiting because he enjoys being able to make an impact on others’ everyday lives, as well as helping them reach their goals.

Will is a Southern Illinois native who enjoys spending his free time hunting and fishing as well as playing slow pitch softball and golfing.

Meet Rollin

Rollin is a St. Louis native, who hails from South City and graduated from St. Louis University High. He is excited to apply his interpersonal skills and experience building relationships in a more fulfilling way, matching great people with life-changing opportunities.

In his free time, Rollin enjoys playing club rugby, cooking, and spending time with his fiancée and their two dogs.

Meet Mike

Mike is a graduate of Webster University in St, Louis, MO where he attained a BS in History and Political Science, Secondary Education, and a MA in Business.  While a student at Webster University, Mike played basketball, soccer, and tennis.  Upon graduation, he started his coaching career at Webster University, and spent 20 plus years serving as an Associate Head Basketball Coach, Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach, and Head Soccer Coach.  Recruiting and building relationships has always been his big passion and he is looking forward to applying those two skills to help people find their next rewarding opportunity.

Mike enjoys spending most of his time with his family and friends watching whatever best game is on TV.  He has three young boys and cherishes being able to watch them play the sports he fell in love with when he was a kid.

Meet Jenna

Jenna, a graduate of Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, is utilizing her professional background in Human Resources and Recruiting as a full-time Technical Recruiter at Stryde. With a solid year of experience in recruiting, Jenna has a passion for matching talented individuals with their ideal career advancements.

Jenna thrives on the rewarding challenge of connecting skilled professionals with job opportunities that align with their goals and aspirations, making a positive impact on both sides of the hiring equation.

In her free time, Jenna enjoys working out, hanging out with her puppy, and spending time with her family and friends.

MEET HADLEY

Hadley is a graduate from University of Missouri with a Bachelors in Hospitality Management. With over 3 year of recruiting experience, she is dedicated to getting to know people personally to help them in their professional journeys to find a company and career that truly excites them. She believes in the power of connection and matching individuals with opportunities that align with their passions.

When  not working, Hadley loves to binge-watch reality TV shows, enjoying the drama and excitement they bring!

Meet Marie

Marie is a graduate of Lindenwood University with a Master’s in Business Administration. She has a professional background with years of experience in Business Administration, Legal Assistance and Billing Coordination. 

Marie loves working with people and helping make sure things run smoothly behind the scenes, as well as, helping wherever and whoever she can. 

Born and raised in South County St. Louis she is married with three sons, spends her spare time with family, a leader for her sons Cub Scout Den, and volunteering in her community.
